The diversity of students who attend my adult classes is phenomenal, from all walks of life, from teens to over 85's.
This is because yoga is for everyone, it is about working to your capacity. As long as you are breathing (aka alive) there is a yoga practice to support you, to keep your body and mind feeling healthy and good, so you can stay fit, relaxed and smiling.
