How do I arrange a make up class?

If you  can't make a class you have paid for, whether it be when you are first booking , or you realise mid way, no problem.

 

You can make up a weekly class by swopping to another class any time within the block dates you have paid*.

Minimum of 24 hours notice required to notify us you are not attending.

This is  so your vacated space can be offered to another student.

It is NOT possible to transfer any missed class over to the next booking block.

 

Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga

If you miss the date of the class you paid for, make it up for free by attending  any other weekday class on the timetable – valid anytime up to your delivery.  Poses are modified to suit pregnancy needs.

However the  missed pregnancy or postnatal shared private  is Not Transferable to the next block of  5 . 12 hours notice required to cancel so I can let others in the group know in advance how many will be attending, and therefore the cost.  Sorry, no refunds.

 

*For Pregnancy yoga make up is valid right up to delivery

*For Postnatal Yoga with Baby make up is up to 6 months after the missed class.

 

Please let us know with as much notice as soon as possible, to ensure you have the most chance of changing of assuring there is space in the make up class of your choice.

 

All notifications need to be made via email or text (sorry not verbal in class)with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

 

Which other classes can I attend if I miss a class?

You can switch between week day classes, space permitting anytime within the time period of the block you have paid for.

 

Please note, missed classes cannot be switched TO SUNDAY Weekend Workshops,  Active Flow Master Classes – or carried over to your next block.  See details here:

 

 

*Monthly Weekend Workshops

Weekend yoga workshops are non refundable. It is not possible to switch to these from another class booking.

You can transfer your place to another person.  Or attend a monthly workshop at a later date within 3 months if your place can be filled by someone on the waiting list.  A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel/transfer.

 

*Weekly Weekend Active Flow Master Classes

It is not possible to transfer from another class booking to Active Flow Master Classes.

However you can switch  FROM this class to another weekly class.   24 hours is required to cancel/transfer so the space can be offered to someone else.

 

Is there a cost for making up missed classes?

If your make up class is the same cost, length,  (or shorter) than the missed  class, no extra charge.

If your make up class is  longer, or a semi -private, then you pay the additional few ££'s on the day to cover the difference.

 

Refunds and Cancellation

Once you have made your booking the place/s are kept open for you and are non refundable.

 

Classes are not transferable to another person. The exception is monthly weekend workshops for which you need to inform Maxine in advance.

This policy was created with your best interests in mind, to make the system manageable for us and to keep class numbers consistent.

 

This also helps to keep administration to a minimum and enables Maxine to focus on preparing for your classes :)
